An Expert in Salivary Gland Surgery
Mr. Hariri is a consultant ENT surgeon specialising in salivary gland surgery and the management of both benign and malignant salivary gland disorders. His practice is dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered care for conditions affecting the salivary glands, from diagnostics to minimally invasive surgical solutions.
His NHS practice is based at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, where he is a core member of the Head & Neck Cancer multidisciplinary team. As Lead for Clinical Governance in ENT, he champions the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Mr. Hariri graduated with a distinction in surgery from Imperial College London in 2012 and trained at internationally renowned institutions. He further honed his skills through a fellowship in South Korea and China, focusing on minimally invasive techniques, including sialendoscopy and scarless surgery, making him one of the few surgeons in the nation to offer these advanced procedures for salivary gland conditions.
Actively involved in research and health technology innovation, Mr. Hariri is dedicated to advancing the field of salivary gland treatment. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and is committed to a patient-empowerment approach through shared decision-making.

Dr. Bina Vekaria
Consultant Head & Neck Radiologist
Special Interest: Salivary Gland Imaging & Interventions
Dr. Vekaria is a distinguished radiologist with expertise in head and neck imaging. She specialises in advanced diagnostics and minimally invasive procedures including interventional fluoroscopic-guided sialoplasty and stone retrieval.
After returning to the UK, Dr Vekaria commenced specialist training in Clinical Radiology before undertaking advanced subspecialty training in Head and Neck Radiology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK’s foremost tertiary referral centres for complex head and neck disease. As part of her training, she also spent dedicated time at the Royal National ENT Hospital, gaining additional high-level experience in the imaging and multidisciplinary management of complex salivary gland and ENT pathology.
Dr Vekaria is now a Consultant Radiologist at Northwick Park Hospital, where she plays a key role in developing and delivering specialist salivary gland services. She has particular expertise in both diagnostic and therapeutic salivary gland procedures, including high-resolution ultrasound, minimally invasive treatments for obstructive ductal disease, gland wash out procedures and Botox injection therapy for salivary gland disorders. She specializes in advanced diagnostics, including interventional Fluoroscopic-Guided sialoplasty and stone retrieval, providing critical insights for complex salivary gland conditions.
She has presented her work at national and international conferences and is heavily involved in teaching and training, supporting radiology trainees, junior doctors and multidisciplinary colleagues. Dr Vekaria remains dedicated to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care and to advancing modern, image-guided approaches to salivary gland disease.
